Please can someone call me back on the number ending 140.. You in error disconnected me
for 2 months l never went mad as after 2 months you resolved it. I’ve been with you over 15 years and missed my payment this month due to been taken to hospital for ill health and you not only disconnect me but Barr me from trying to call you. This is double standards we have multiple accounts and I’m hugely disappointed. Also you have been double charging me for Disney plus for over a year how’s that happened?

I did add that you can use Skype (with a guide on how to use it) You don't need a phone for that....neither do you need a phone to message O2 on social media. The phone numbers I gave are for those of you who can borrow a phone to call. Hope that clarifies things for you?
