My phone is at the end of its contract. I’ve been wanting to upgrade for 2 weeks but nothing worked (upgrade site down). My non-contract rolled to another month but the standing order had ended. They diverted my outbound calls so I paid immediately. It’s been 72 hours, my account is showing paid in full and still my calls are diverted. Web chat is down, 2729 is cutting off calls, the contact page for monthly paid is down, the upgrade page is still down. I have no phone, can’t get an upgrade and can’t get hold of anyone. Anybody got any “back door”
