Handset not received

I took out a contract you took the upfront cost. I received all the paperwork and phone no etc and an email confirmation but I have never received the handset and the customer service is awful!! Not pleased at all!!!!

At this time of year the device is probably out of stock.

O2 will email you when it is dispatched with tracking details and not before http://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-and-devices/how-to-track-your-order#qs .

You'll need to call customer service.

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
