I am trying to switch my voicemail off on my Samsung A70, but each time I ring the number (1760), it keeps saying the same message.

"Your messaging service cannot be switched off, please contact your customer service for further assistance."

I can't get through to customer service or live chat to do this.  Can anyone please help me.

Thank you Shelly x

Check to see if you have enabled wifi calling @SS4116

If so, deactivate it and try calling 1760 again
