Had the phone less than a week and my account has been barred twice!
spoke to the fraud team who had informed the sales agent accidentally had two orders open one with her name on?! They lifted the restrictions and my phone was working again.
requested a pac code from my previous network, was literally about to do the Migration this morning and now my accounts barred again?
this is shocking, contemplating just returning the handset I can’t be dealing with this everyday!

As you have spoken to the fraud team this is obviously something that need more than the standard CS
