So back at the end of April fraud was made of over £200 on my Google play account and paid for using by o2 account. I have been emailing back and forth with Google play and am going round in circles. I have email from them saying they will refund with 30 days but nothing has come through. O2 have placed this amount on a payment hold for me but I feel lost as to what else I can do : (

Not sure how to help here, @TamsDeery - as it seems your issue is with Google Play transactions being charged to your O2 Pay via Mobile account. As you have reported all to Google, as per the link here, you now need to wait...
