Fast Track Upgrade

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi there,

I have chatted to an advisor from the o2 site about upgrading my phone. So i was given the option of doing a fast track upgrade (basically buying out my contract) qouted at £191 approx. but i can only move over to an o2 refresh tariff. That is fine i don't mind doing that anyway but i was looking into getting the iPhone 5 and recycling my current iPhone 4S 16gb would i be able to do this in store and use the money i get to deduct from the fee i will pay to change to the o2 refresh? From the o2 recycle it says that for my 4S i should get about £190 which will cover the fee pretty much so i am hoping that this should be possible as i dont currently have the money on me at the moment and would like to swap my phone.

Yes you can recycle your old phone to cover the cost of the upgrade fee.

I work for O2 but my comments and opinions posted here are solely my own and do not reflect those of Telefonica.
