Has anyone had it where their free extras have suddenly stopped? I get 10gb and I also get 40gb free until 2021... i noticed this month I've only received 20gb free ...

There ave been some issues with this recently

You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

Havent managed to get through to o2 customer services. Renewal date is 6 days away so will have to see if it is still the same then. Hopefully just a blip.
