Excess charges

I have recently travelled outside the UK and I have been charged 02 travel on certain days. I simply do not understand the reason for this?

@MI5 isn't the daily rate bundle something that the OP needs to specifically request otherwise charges should be standard rate for that country?

If you have a refresh contract the default setting is on so you would need to opt out.
