Hi
At the beginning of April I called custumer service to cancell my contract. I was told that there is a month of notice at it will expire this month. The same time I paid the rest amout of money for my device and I got my money back, which wasn't used as I paid at the beginning some type of insurance, the money was used to pay monthly my bill. Then I was told that my account is free of charges and my story with O2 will finish 2nd May.
After two weeks, I have received a bill for ~10 GBP, I contacted with person on Live Chat, I did not get the answer why I have to pay it, once it was postive, once it was negative meaning that there is error, but at the end I paid it as I did not want to have any problems. I saw also on my account that the balance is more than -170GBP, I asked about and got the answer that O2 owes me money. I tried to explain that I got my money back and O2 doesn't own me money. They said that there is not a problem and I should worried about it, it will disappare later.
Today I received TERMINATION bill for 171GBP. I guess that the bill is not correct, I have seen that some people have this probem before.
What shall I do now, to fix it as soon as possible? I do not trust Chat online because they changes their mind every minute and each person is saying different thing. The same is with phone service. Moreover my number probably is cancell and I am aborad. It is not 10GBP to pay and forget. I don't want to pay every bill which I get just to avoid problems.
I will be grateful for any tip.
Many thanks,
Karolina

Forget about live chat for account issues. They will tell you all sorts of things and possibly mess the account up altogether. Call them please.
