I got my contract on the double data offer wich gave me 30gb so why after 15 is it telling me im out of data n wont refresh till next billing cycle 15days????????,

@Sara1 the automated system sends the notice when your base tariff gets low but your bolt on will still kick in, so don't worry.

It simply means the base data allowance of 15 GB has been used and the next 15GB of the offer has started.

Yeah it did kick in like 10min after i got the txt my phone number had changed over to switch my phone off n when i switched it back on my data had gone no way i used 15 gb in space of 15min ffs i use to manage on 5
