Do bolt ons carry on to a new contract?

Hi there, I have been offered an upgrade through o2 and was wondering if my friends and family bolt on will cqarry on and apply to the new contract.

I have went through to the basket and the discount Wass not applied, if I Continue and checkout will it apply afterwards?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
