Hi,

I activated the Disney+ 6 month free subscription on my daughters new mobile phone contract yesterday and today it says it has ended... she’s very upset as you can imagine. No way to contact customer services so please can you fix it?

Don't worry, it's just an automated message from Disney that is sent out to all of O2 customers taking up the offer as they can't seem to ifferentiate with normal customers taking up the free trial. She will still get the free 6 months.
