hi, I got an email from you with a 6 month free for Disney plus however on my recent bill you have charged me for it.

please can someone look into this for me?

Did you redeem the extra by following the link in the email or through My O2?

If you have been charged incorrectly you need to call O2

Free is only for new and upgrading customers.

Current customers are charged £3.99 for the pleasure.
