Hi I was thinking of adding the disney+ extra to my phone but would like to know if this allows me to watch on my tv

It does say devices including Tablets and phones, though I am not sure about TV.

If you have a smart TV (and have Disney installed) then it will work.

As long as you have a smart tv you will be able to put it on there, you can also put it on your sky box in the apps section

Disney app is available from your TV app store to download to your smart TV.
