O2 has stopped collecting my direct debit. It shows as set up .  I haven't changed bank accounts The chat bot doesn't understand this and trying to speak to someone is impossible .  24 minutes and still holding . Shocking .. spending ages to pay them !!!

Many issues with this just lately.

You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 who’ll sort it out for you.
Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
