Today i have found out that O2 has taken £10 from my account despite the fact that the direct debit was cancelled on 23rd December to avoid a double payment as i had already paid my bill manually using my debit card as i usually do.
Is it possible for that extra £10 payment to be refunded as O2 has now put my account £10 in debt.
