Had a new upgrade ,and I didn't get free gift of ear buds

If you have bought a Samsung phone then the buds have to be claimed from them. As they have to be claimed 60 days after purchase date, you need to claim them via the Samsung members app on your phone

@pgnIf it was a Samsung offer, the closing date for phone PURCHASE was until 26th April. You then have 60 days to claim....so June would still be ok (until late June)
