Does anyone know how to contact o2 about order? I places order 5 weeks ago and still nothing. Thats a gift for my kid and I don’t know will i receive it before christmas or should i look somewhere else for that ipad.

It's unlikely that you'll get an iPad from anywhere currently and certainly not before Christmas.

I'd leave your O2 order running on the off chance that they get stock and have enough to fulfil your order.
