Delivery by DPD

I know DPD aren’t taking signatures I/D for deliveries just a photo on the doorstep is this applying to phone upgrade deliveries with o2 as well

Thanks for that - was just thinking of trying to keep a toddler from opening the door whilst I hunt for my driving licence would be easier if they don’t want ID

Usually they just leave it on the doorstep or hand it to you, once you answer the door

No ID was required on my last delivery from O2, I was just asked to confirm my name

Has anyone had an upgrade handset delivered in the last few days with DPD ?? They’re saying they need photo ID , o2 are saying you don’t !

No they don't need photo ID.

They just take a photo of you answering the door to prove you have received it.
