I am still waiting for my delivery pin code and would like confirmation when it will be sent and to which number I will receive it. A delivery attempt was made by DPD last Friday but O2 had used a number that is unknown to me and is not listed on my account so delivery could not be completed. It is due again today and I would need the delivery pin code urgently to be able to accept delivery. If not I will have to cancel my order. I am very disappointed with the customer service I have received from O2 over this.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you
