Hi, so I ordered a new phone on the 28th December and as it was Next Day Delivery, it said it would be due to be delivered today 30th December. However, when I recieved my tracking number on DHL the delivery date has changed to Tuesday 4th January. I need a new phone urgently and would rather it didn't take so long. Any options as to what I can do?

Not a lot you can do, as DHL are currently suffering with staff been on sick leave due to testing positive for Covid, and the remaining drivers are already over loaded with deliveries...
At work we have just had a lot of deliveries across DHL and DPD and Royal Mail pushed back to next week.
You can try o2, If you message them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), they might be able to advise, but I wouldn't hold much hope..

I contacted DHL customer service beforehand as well to see if there was anything they could do. But if a lot of staff are sick then I can be patient.
