Default ruining chance of mortgage and o2 not responding for over a year!!

Hello

Is there anyone who can help get the credit referrals team to contact us? We have been trying to find out why a paid and up to date closed account has been defaulted but after a year of emailing nobody is coming back to us.

We want a mortgage but this is stopping us from getting one and the last time we spoke to someone at o2, they advised there was no outstanding balance so we are going round in circles.
