Hello,

I have 2 old defaulted accounts with 02. I tried to go through usual channels at Head Office around November time with the help of a friend with little success. I was supposed to receive a letter of statements for the debts and figure out a payment which I have never received as of yet.

Hope I can get this resolved as quickly as possible.

You need to contact payment management.
Details here:
To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
