Hi last Thursday I applied for a contract phone with o2 it was declined but £30 was still taken straight out my bank from o2! Anyone know how I claim this back? Thanks

It will be refunded automatically but may take up to 2 weeks.

I sincerely hope everything gets sorted out for you.

 

Shocking how bad O2 have been during this lockdown period.

 

Like a domino effect of sad stories one after another.

 

Deffo not upgrading durin the lockdown period.

Could you put my calls,texts and data back on please because I have been in hospital for 3 weeks with my mental health and I have just home today because my mental health as been playing up and I need to ring my doctors and hospital on Monday to do with mental health and I can pay £50 omn the 27th of April 2020 and the other £50 on the 11th of May 2020
