If you go into Data in your settings you can see what Apps are using Mobile Data, or install an App from your app store

Also turn off any Wifi Assistance settings as this will drop to mobile data, if your Wifi drops

o2 cant tell what app is using your data.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Have you downloaded any new apps that coincided with the issue?

It's possible they want configuring because many run in the background using valuable resources

Go into the apps section and remove any unnecessary permissions
