Data usage

Hi I recently upgrade my phone and got it all set up.  But rather than my data starting at 0gb it's at 99gb out of 100. This is before even using my data.  Why is this?

Welcome to the O2 Community Forum.

My data starts at the maximum I have paid for and works it's way downwards as I use it.

Is this what you are asking?

So if I have 500 and using it  it will then show 450
