I would like to purchase a bolt on for additional data for this month only, I need to check that I won't be charged for additional data another month

Additional bolt ons are single use only, they don't recur automatically.
If you only want this month, just buy one and use it. Any unused data will carry over for one month though, so you have until the end of next month to use it all.
