It may be because you have the tariff change pending on your account. You can also call 2202 directly from your mobile to add on more data.

Hi Bravo,
The app does have some limitations but MyO2 on the website should allow you to add on a one-off data bolt-on. This has worked for me in the past in store so I hope this helps.
