I phoned o2 and the woman said its down as standard delivery and takes 3-5 working days even tho I placed my order and put it does for tomorrow between 8am and 10pm?

Sim cards and accessories are posted via Royal Mail, which is classed as "standard delivery" (3 to 5 days).

All devices are shipped via courier which is next day.

Yeh so I ordered a nee contract phone and I put it down for delivery tomorrow between 8am 10pm so no idea what she’s meaning so I hope I do I get it tomorrow
