I placed an order for a iPhone 14 Pro yesterday, I got all the pre contract agreements through, then I got the actual credit agreement, so I presume the credit check was passed, I never got a order confirmation email though, contacted o2 and they said no order was put through, if that's the case where did the credit agreement come from, their only solution was to apply again knowing fine well the credit check would fail, not to mention I'd have to pay the upfront fee again, any advice?

It sounds like you failed the additional checks done by o2, and as such no order has been put through as there is no order to put through.
The upfront fee will fall back into your available funds in 24hrs to 10 days depending on your bank, as they are the ones ring fencing the funds.
You can try the sales team again

No that's not the case, they agreed the checks had passed and there wouldn't have been a credit agreement sent if I had failed, they said the order didn't go threw, so expect me to try again
