The coverage in the northern section of Ballymoney town in Northern Ireland is pretty grim. I work in the town and in my office the data speeds flucuate all the time. Its just not reliable at all. Yet a year or so ago it was absolutly perfect. Then literally one particular day it all changed and it has never been the same again. Some people complained and got the usual "we'll look into it" but nothing ever came of it.
Any ideas as to how best to go about raising this with O2?
I've no idea why the nature and reliability of the coverage changed in one day.
The 4G symbol on my phone sometimes changes to "E" when outside in a particular couple of spots.

Yes I've done this but was unable to add any comments.
In case it is worth mentioning - using the O2 My Network App - I ran a speed test in Ballymoney today.
I noticed it was unable to complete measuring the "Response speed". It was unable to.
I force closed the app and tried again but it still failed to measure the response speed.
Went to another location outside of Ballymoney and it measured the response speed among everything else just fine. Engineering issue?
