Knowing O2 probably bad wording.

Normally, at the end of a contract you are moved onto a 30 day rolling plan.

As we are all customers here You will need to contact O2 for clarification

Ring 202 from your handset, but to save hanging on the phone

they should be able to help you.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
