My daugher just arrived in the USA and got the message:

Welcome to USA. If you want to use data while you're here , you'll need to buy a Zone 1 Bolt On . . . . . . etc.

She has the VOLT O2 Travel Inclusive Zone Bolt On already so can she ignore the message above?
