I have tried and failed on many occations to contact the resolution expert via email. It is now a complaint as the last conatcted has cut me off and not replied to my email. I am trying to help my mum resolve a bill refund on her granddaughters airtime bill. The email has failed and been sent back 3 times and I have checked and double checked the email address. Does anyone know how I can contact them via email to resolve this asap? I called about this issue but it wasn't an emergency so didnt get anywhere. Not sure if there is more people on the phones now? Any suggestions welcome
