Hi

Thanks in advance

I received this today and check the system.

It said my minimum contract terms ended October 2019! This is the first time I have had one of these.

Can anybody help?

I pay for three phones and all have had the same message.

I didn't start this deal till the 15th of October 2019.

I am confused and puzzled - please help

Thanks

G

Nothing will change unless you change it.

You can just ignore the message and continue exactly as you are now.

@Omid2012 It could be an error or it could be another company trying to get you to sign up with them.

You can check your http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 to see your contract details and minimum terms.

@Omid2012

So you're free to upgrade or switch to sim only and keep your current phone if you prefer.

Sorry MI5

I thought I had signed a three year for all of the phones.

Why is this the first time I have had these messages - which has a date a month after I had signed the contract?

Based on your thoughts I have been able to do this a month after I signed up?  Seems odd.

I want the same deal as it works for me and my kids. But you can't contact anybody and MyO2 doesn't help

Thanks for your help so far

@Omid2012

We've no way of seeing your account from here but your MyO2 is the Bible, so if it says you can upgrade, you can. If it's an error, it's in your favour thumbsup

There's a bunch of numbers here to try if you want to call Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

or you can pop into any O2 store too.

The deals that are on offer are higher

I just want the deal I had - I am stressed enough at the moment.

Adding this is makes me feel worse and O2 is responsible

I don't want an upgrade I want what I paid for

Thanks
