I totally agree. I only owe them just a little over £26.00. I adjusted for it to come up at this upcoming payment date. Yet when I overpaid them- they were very polite. Now they have demanded payment with menaces. I am seriously thinking of taking them to Ofcom since they have included the payment in next bill which will be paid out in full when they call for the payment. . I am going to trading standards as I have always paid my bill in full.
I suggest you do the same...also go first through their complaints procedures. I am doing that now and if no satisfaction I am going to take it further, as I am very ill and do not need the stress. They are quick to grab if you overpay, but if you owe them a farthing , they are out of order so close to the time they call for the money.

They are very rigid about late payments, the very nature of their business. I wish you well with your complaint.
