Looks genuine, @Pipstop78 - but if there is any doubt, you can always log in to your MyO2 without clicking on any link to cross-check. I suspect you have come to the end of year 2 on a 3year contract - and the "Upgrade Your Phone" option in your MyO2 will confirm the amounts you are paying and remaining duration on your Device Plan.  Good luck!

I had a contract phone which I paid off last November then started a new contract with 02 last year got the Google pixel7 pro

What is the price difference of the increase and when did the increase happen?

You know the price of airtime goes up in April each year and you have a £2 discount on what's quoted above, plus the cost of your Disney+
