Yes to find complaints now you have to go into the contact us link. I think they took it out the last time they updated the home page.....

They did which actually makes it more difficult to find unless you bookmark it.

There is a minimum charge of 1p no matter how much mobile data you use!

I heard that classic payg was no longer available but existing users would continue on that tariff.

Now I read that the T&C's may have changed and that a £10 top is required every 180 days.

I had understood that it was only required to make a chargeable call or text every 180 days.

Is this change legit? Should we not have been told explicitly?

@JohnJohn

This has been tested and as it stands currently, just a chargeable call every 6 months is all that is required.

Data use and sending texts does not seem to work though, so it must be a chargeable call.

I have a phone on Classic PAYG, I have another with Three 321 PAYG.

Three 321 PAYG charges 3.2.1p and make any chargeable call within 180 days.

Classic PAYG charges 3.2.1p and make any chargeable event within 6 months.

However: Three are upping their rates so that 3.2.1p becomes 10.10.5p Thats a huge price hike!

So I might switch the phone to O2.

But the New PAYG I think requires a £10 top up every 6 months and data cost is a bizzare £3/MB up to a max of £1 per day??? Is New PAYG stil 3.2.1p?

Perhaps I will stay with Three and switch my O2 number to Three.

@JohnJohn

Three is still cheaper for low users.

O2 only do bundles now which are here https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards/pay-as-you-go

Click the "i" next to the tariffs to see out of bundle rates.
