Charges to Phone Bill

I want to stop anything being able to charge to my phone bill. Currently some unkown third party is charging for amazon prime on my amazon account to my phone bill, so technically im paying for my own amazon prime but have no way to stop it. I tried contacting o2 before to find out what is causing the charges as it just says "3rd party" but you guys didnt provide me with an answer. SO i want to disable any charges to my bill

Have you spoken to Amazon support at all, as the only people who would charge you for Amazon is Amazon, so would be the first place I would try...  Also you might be able to change the payment method in your Amazon account account..
