Charged for my ‘Free’ Extra

Bought a mobile contract with o2 after the promise throughout the media of 6 months Disney plus on us. However this month the first month bill has come through and I’ve been charged for it. I spoke to the team on the phone who stated just select the extra which I have yet it appears I’m being charged and not only that in a six month contract. Being a student on a tight budget means this takes more than I have set aside for my mobile wrongly. Furthermore it’s the only reason I choose o2 over another network.

Any help?
