Charged TWICE for texts!!!!!

I have tried to explain to the incompetent staff on your online chat that:
Between the 27th of July 2013 and today every single text I sent to my contacts in Greece has been charged me TWICE even though the text was UNDER the 160 characters limit.

The way I see it, I've sent 13 texts that should have been 20p each but was charged 40p per text.

I believe I'm due a refund of £2.60??

Intend to report this.

This is a customer forum so you will need to contact Customer Services by phone to have this resolved.

 

If you check these forums you will find that the Online Live Chat isn't great at complicated queries, or anything that isn't in their scripts.

 

Call Customer Services first before making an official complaint. I am sure it will be easily resolved so long as you explain to the adviser what the problem is...calmly slight_smile
