Stupid question?

Is it possible to change the details of the phone im using from my old 1 to the new 1? Will o2 do it automatically or do I need to ring up?

It should be done automatically after a day or so but if not call customer service to do it for you.

You used to be able to change it yourself but now only the automated system or customer service will need to change it. It only took 24 hours for mine to change along with the IMEI number.
