Changed number from another network registered the pac code it said 6pm it would change and I now cannot use phone at all no network on sim

I am assuming you have the new sim in your phone. Usually people use the old sim until that ceases to work then they put in the new sim and keep switching their phone on and off until it transfers over. The new sim may operate because it comes with a temporary number.
Keep switching the phone on and off until the change over to your requested number.
