I've just moved from Virgin mobile to O2 and am trying to change the tariff on my daughter's account ,which is on my account. She's paying for 100gb data which she's not using, so I'm trying to get a cheaper tariff. When I try to do this on my O2 account, it says I can't change it. I keep trying to contact O2 and am finding this impossible - I go in circles on the virtual chatbox and phoning O2 gets me nowhere. Is anyone else having these problems?

Virtual Webchat is useless for anything more complicated than buying a new phone on contract.
Try the Social Media Team, link just below this post, @AlanCr - or call 202 at around 08:15 in the morning, before it gets busy and while service is more likely to get through to someone in the UK call centre. Good luck.
