Does anyone have a secret method of getting anyone at O2 to understand a simle change I need to make. Have been trying for 4 days to change the delivery address for an order. Each time I am told it has been done, however when I contact the delivery company they say it hasn't. My order is being delivered to an address today where no one is in. Just a moan really. Going to cancel my orders, and my 4 O2 accounts and go to another provider, any recomendations?
