Hi,
I tried to chance from "10 Pounds Big Bundle" to "10 Pounds Data Big Bundle" but every time I tried, it said "You are already on the 10 Pounds Big Bundle" - no kidding! No I am running out of data and it is impossible to cancel ALL Bolt Ons.
Tried "Manage Bolt Ons", but the page isn't even consistent. On top it gives the "Big Bundle", then it says that I am changing to the "15 Pound Big Bundle" in February (which I certainly don't want to) and on the bottom it says "You currently don't have any Bolt Ons".
Please help me. And PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE enable SOMETHING to make it possible to contact customer services in the evening (asynchronised communication)! Clicking through the help pages is like going in circles for HOURS!
