Cell phone number messages from O2

Has anyone been sent a message from O2 by a cellphone number saying your payment didn’t go through which is not normal and then weirdly we called that number and it belong to Vodafone which is suspicious but in the link they say to change your account details it is a valid link to the O2 website.
Anyone available to help seen as the 02 phone numbers are not working. So annoying.

Block the number and report it free to 7726.

Thank you very much for your assistance.
I have reported it to that number and also changed my password in case so let’s hope that helps and it’s not anything that can be dodgy.
