Hello. For the past 2 weeks my son cannot call me (has no issues calling anyone else) it just states ‘call failed’. I have had some companies state (via email) that they cannot call me also. My partner can call me fine from her mobile, but when she tries from her work number it states ‘call failed’. I have reported this to customer services and they have provided a new SIM card, but the problem persists. The longer this continues l, the more anxious I become because my son cannot call me. Texts work fine however.
It's a really weird issue.
I have reset and hard reset my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I have (as has my son) deleted and re added our contacts for one another, but no change.
I can’t find anything online either.
We are all on the same network.
Anyone have any ideas or experience with this?

Sounds like you need O2 to refresh your network connection.

I have contacted them twice, so you'd think they would have performed a refresh? I wouldn't even known to have asked or suggest this.

You need to hold their hands these days.
They appear to just drag anyone off the street to answer the calls.......
