Hi all. I was coming to the end of my contract with 02 and switched to vodafone. PAC code etc done successfully. I was told to expect a 'final bill' but can't access my02 anymore because my number is no longer registered with 02.
Received an email saying there's nothing to pay in this months regular bill. Does that mean it's fine to cancel my direct debit? (which has still been taken this month). Bit wary of cancelling it if there is some kind of final bill i'm still to pay. I can't get through to anyone via phone because it's not classified as urgent. Any advice please?
